Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
This depends on the condition you are treating. For most conditions, daily use for at least four weeks is recommended. Please head to our blog for a more in depth answer.
