Recover faster. Sleep deeper. Show up with more.

Faster muscle recovery
Light boosts blood flow and cellular energy in worked muscle, so soreness clears sooner and you are ready for the next session.
Deeper sleep
Red light in the evening does not suppress melatonin the way blue light does, and full-body sessions help the body wind down for rest.

Energy & performance
More ATP in muscle cells means more output, better endurance and a body that adapts faster to training.
How light works on recovery and performance.
Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of light to influence biological activity. In muscle that has just been worked, light is absorbed by light-sensitive molecules in cells, triggering the responses that clear fatigue, rebuild tissue and lift energy.
Light covers the whole body

A full-body panel bathes large muscle groups in red and near-infrared light at once: quads, hamstrings, back, shoulders. Stand or sit in front of it for ten to twenty minutes.
Muscle cells respond

Light-sensitive molecules in muscle cells absorb the light. This boosts mitochondrial activity and improves blood flow, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to tired tissue.
Energy for repair and output

ATP is the fuel muscle cells run on. More of it means faster repair of micro-damage from training, less delayed-onset soreness and more power available in the next session.
From cells to how you feel

These cellular responses are what you notice as quicker recovery, steadier energy through the day and deeper sleep at night. Consistency matters more than session length.
Two bands of light. One works at the surface, the other deep in the muscle.
Wraps pair 660 nm red with 880 nm near-infrared. Pro Series panels spread five wavelengths across both bands (630, 660, 810, 830 and 850 nm), so circulation at the surface and energy production deep in large muscle groups are stimulated in the same session.

Red light · 630–660 nm
Visible red light is absorbed in the skin and superficial tissue, where it boosts circulation and supports skin health as a bonus of every full-body session.
Near-infrared · 810–880 nm
Invisible near-infrared travels centimetres deeper, into the large muscle groups that do the work in training. Stacking 810, 830 and 850 nm in the panels covers the full depth of that band.
Wavelength is one part of treatment. Output, coverage and session duration also matter. For recovery, coverage wins: the more of the body a panel reaches in one session, the less time you spend in front of it.

Common questions
Both work. A session before training primes muscle with energy and blood flow. A session after speeds the clearance of soreness. Most customers pick whichever fits their routine and keep it consistent.
For full-body recovery, choose Pro Dual, Pro Dual Plus, Pro Elite or Pro Elite Plus. Pro Max and Pro Max Plus provide half-body coverage.
Red light in the evening does not suppress melatonin the way blue light from screens does, and many customers report falling asleep faster and waking more rested after regular sessions.
Yes. Infraredi devices are non-invasive, drug-free and produce no UV. Follow the session times in your guide and speak with your doctor if you are pregnant, photosensitive or on medication that affects light sensitivity.
